A Story Of Unfolding Wings is a short art film, an animation composed of woven frames, celebrating the life-changing years behind me. I feel like a butterfly emerged from its chrysalis, unfolding its wings! An artistic representation of the joy and importance of transitioning, and a positive shout-out in response to negative outings in the media and politics about trans people. Trans is love!

What do you get in return by donating?
To make the film I will weave meters and meters fabric in the colorful patterns I love to weave. After photographing these to turn them into animation, I reuse the fabric by making small to large weaving artworks for you. So if you donate you get an art-weave in return.
And actually I realized that now only a small part of the weaves I make will be turned into reuse this way, so I will give double the size of weaves as explained in the perks!
