Ocular Aurora is an experiment in creating the zigzag patterns I sometimes see when I suffer from ocular aura or visual migraines. But I was also inspired by the pattern on a dress that reminded me of that phenomenon. While weaving one night I went out to experience aurora borealis or northern lights, which is reflected in the later last two weaves.
