Ik maak ook werk in opdracht. Als je geïnspireerd bent door mijn werk en dit terug wilt zien boven de bank of op kantoor, wil ik graag iets voor je weven! Ik ben hierin gesteld op mijn vrijheid als kunstenaar, maar gezien je mijn werk waardeert komt het vast goed. Ik vind het interessant iets te weten van je achtergrond en de omgeving waar het werk terecht komt. Die factoren inspireren mij weer om iets te creëren dat helemaal aansluit bij de verwachtingen, of eigenlijk zoals steeds weer blijkt, deze juist overtreft.
Op dit moment gebruik ik met name het fijnere 8/2 katoen of het grovere tapijtgaren. En vrijwel alles dat ik maak is in bonte kleuren.
De weefbreedte na krimp die ik kan bereiken is tot 60 cm op mijn kleine weefgetouwen, en tot 110 cm op het grote getouw. In baklijst komt dit neer op maximaal 50 centimeter breed of maximaal 1 meter breed, afhankelijk van het gereserveerde getouw.

I also take on commissioned work. If you’re inspired by my work and would like to see it hanging above your couch or in the office, I’d love to weave something for you! I value my freedom as an artist in this process, but since you appreciate my work, I’m sure it will turn out great. I find it interesting to learn a bit about your background and the setting where the piece will be displayed. Those factors inspire me to create something that fully meets your expectations or, as is often the case, actually exceeds them.
Right now, I mainly use the finer 8/2 cotton or the coarser carpet yarn. And almost everything I make is in vibrant colors.
The maximum weaving width after shrinkage that I can achieve is up to 60 cm on my small looms, and up to 110 cm on the large loom. When framed, this translates to a maximum width of 50 centimeters or 1 meter, depending on the loom used.
